Power plant condensate filter element

In the heat exchange process of the heat exchanger of the power plant, iron (caused by oxygen corrosion and weak acid corrosion) or oil enter the condensate, which is harmful to the operation of the boiler and steam turbine. Therefore, the condensate containing iron and oil should be carefully treated to meet the boiler water supply standard.

The 70-inch power plant condensate wire is made using continuous high performance fiber filter and wrapped with special equipment.The length of the filter element is up to 70 ” (1778mm), and the center rod adopts 304 and 316 stainless steel to strengthen the skeleton, ensuring the overall appearance of the filter element, high performance fiber ensures that the filter element is not easy to deform and the fiber falls off, and can be installed in the existing equipment.External thread and stainless steel wire rod connection to ensure the installation of the filter element.Its mechanical service life is long and widely used in condensing iron filtration of power plant.
